Are all of your items handmade?

Yes, all of the jewellery items that we stock are handmade.

Are all of your stone items produced using genuine semi-precious stone?

Yes, all of our items are produced using real, natural stone.  To the best of our knowledge, all item descriptions are accurate, and we would never knowingly pass a synthetic or imitation item off as something else.

Why does the item I’ve received look a little different from the one in the picture on the site?

Silver Wishbone specialises in items made from natural stone.  As this stone is produced by mother nature, each stone is unique, and individual pieces of stone often have different colourings and imperfections (we call them ‘imperfections’, but we think this is pretty cool).  We think that all of this makes our products super-special, as the item you’ll receive will be a one-off!

Do your earrings have sterling silver hooks?

Yes, all of our earrings have sterling silver hooks, so are perfect for people who are sensitive to nickel, and want to be assured of the quality of the jewellery that they're wearing.  All Silver Wishbone jewellery items comply with EU regulations on nickel content.

How should I look after my jewellery?

Silver Wishbone jewellery is delivered in protective packaging, and wrapped in acid-free paper, to protect from tarnishing.  Jewellery can be delicate, so please do take care when handling, wearing and storing your items.  Avoid spraying perfume on your jewellery, as this can cause tarnishing.  Items should be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth, but should never be submerged in water.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer full refunds on returns within 14 days, so shopping with Silver Wishbone is risk-free.  Please see our Returns page for further information.

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal accounts, in all major currencies.

Do I have to register with Silver Wishbone to make a purchase?
